Sundays aren’t fun unless there is some drama to pep up our otherwise monotonous lives. And when it comes to drama, Bollywood is what people often turn to.
On Sunday, Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut took a dig at her Tanu Weds Manu co-star Swara Bhasker which led to a subtle exchange of tweets.
The conversation started after a fan compared the pictures of the two actors wearing similar sarees and jewellery. The fan called Kangana a ‘class’ and a Swara a ‘crass’.
Following this, Kangana retweeted the picture and tagged Swara. She asked the actor what was happening and if the claims are true.
Seeing situations heating up, a Twitterati said it was time to grab some popcorn for some entertainment.
Kangana said that it was a boring day and she intended to have some fun with Swara, to which the latter replied: “Always happy to help alleviate your boredom Kangana.. you know I love you :).”
Kangana said since Swara is always seen trolling her, she decided to take on her this time. The Queen actor tweeted: “Ha ha you troll me all the time today I thought chalo will also do some masti with you, I am glad you took it in the right spirit. Whether we fight, love or tease each other we mustn’t forget to have some fun/some kheecha-taani… lots of love girl see you soon Xxx.”
This is not the first incident where the two was seen taking a dig at each other. Earlier this year, when Swara mocked Kangana for starting the Feminism movement with her film Queen, she in turn accused Swara of protecting movie mafias. They had also exchanged bitter words over the proceedings of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. In another instance, Kangana had called Swara as a ‘B-grade actor’, while she said how a ‘great actor isn’t necessarily also a great human being’.
