Bihar minister quits over graft charges: Bihar’s newly-inducted education minister Mewalal Choudhary has resigned from the cabinet three days after taking oath amid corruption allegations. The minister had to step down after Opposition Rashtriya Janata Dal flagged a three-year-old corruption case against him and questioned why he was inducted in the government.
