The Queen of Bollywood is back again on the big screen. Kangana recently shared a glimpse of her role in the upcoming film ‘Dhaakad’. She looks strong as the wind in her new avatar of Agent Agni. The actress took to Twitter to share her fresh look and wrote: “They call her Agni… the brave one #Dhaakad. I say she is my depiction of Bhairavi the goddess of death … #Dhaakad.”
The Manikarnika star looks hard as nails as she is seen holding a gun in a savage way. Clad in black attire, she looks like a ball of fire. Recently, Kangana lauded ‘Dhaakad’ director for his utmost devotion towards his project. She wrote, “Never saw a director who gives so much time and importance to rehearsals, one of the biggest action sequences will be shot from tomorrow night but amazed with the amount of prep, getting to learn so much, more than 25 crores being spent on a single action sequence #Dhaakad”.
The action–thriller movie will also feature Arjun Rampal and Divya Dutta in pivotal roles. Last month, the actor shared the poster of the movie with his fans. He is set to play the role of Rudraveer who will be seen as the main antagonist in the film. The film is based on critical issues such as child trafficking and crimes against women. Dhaakad is bankrolled by Deepak Mukut and Sohel Maklai while it’s co-produced by Hunar Mukut, Qyuki Digital Media. The movie will be released on October 1, 2021.
Kangana has a lot of interesting projects in her pipeline, she will be next seen essaying the role of actress-turned-politician late Jayalalithaa in a bilingual biopic, Thalaivi. She will be also seen in the film ‘Tejas’ and the sequel ‘Manikarnika-The legend of Didda’. The diva will also be seen playing a high octane role of former Prime Minster Indira Gandhi who controlled the dissecting factions with an iron fist. The film will be based on a book although the name of the book is still undisclosed. The movie helmed by Sai Kabir will also feature controversial and much debated political issues of the past such as ‘Emergency’ and ‘Operation Blue Star.’
