The ‘Tiger of Bollywood’ has finished off shooting for the film Antim: The Final Truth in a twinkling of an eye within 60 days. The film is a remake of a Marathi movie titled ‘Mulshi Pattern’ which released back in 2018. Salman Khan shot for a song titled ‘Bhai Ka Birthday’ earlier this week at Madh Island and with that reportedly winded up the shoot.
The track is choreographed by Shabina Khan and Mudassar Khan. Bhaijaan will be seen on the silver screen playing a Sikh cop opposite Aayush Sharma, his brother-in-law who will be seen essaying the role of a gangster. The movie is directed by Mahesh Manjrekar and is a bit different from the original crime drama.
The song sequence of Ararara Khatarnak in the original film did not feature a cop but however, Bockbuster Khan will be seen in the ‘Bhai Ki Birthday’ song. It is being speculated that Salman was rolled in for the song to give a mass-market appeal. Actors such as Mahima Makwana, Pragya Jaiswal and Aayush Sharma will also be seen in the track. Interestingly, a source was quoted saying: “Aayush underwent a complete makeover for the film to get into a battle royale with Salman. With Antim, Mahesh has revisited his forte of making gangster drama’s, riding high on intensity.” “It’s going to be back-to-back shoots of Pathan and Tiger 3 for Salman. He has an extended cameo in the Shah Rukh Khan film, playing Tiger and has allotted 12 to 15 days to can his portions. On wrapping that up, he moves on to Tiger 3 from March,” the source added.
The shooting of the film commenced in November last year. The movie is bankrolled by Salman Khan films and will be released this year.
