Football legend Diego Maradona died on Wednesday.
The 60-year-old suffered a heart attack at his Bueno Aires home.
Maradona is revered in Argentina for leading the country to World Cup glory in 1986.
He scored the famous ‘Hand of God’ goal against England in the quarter-finals.
He was a uniquely gifted player who rose from the streets to reach the pinnacle of football.
He had recently battled health issues and even underwent an emergency surgery several weeks ago.
Argentine government has declared three days of mourning.
President Alberto Fernandez tweeted: ‘You took us to the highest point in the world… You were the greatest of all. Thank you for having been with us, Diego.’
