US Capitol locked down following violent clash: The US Capitol had to be locked down on Wednesday with lawmakers inside as violent clashes broke out between supporters of President Donald Trump and the police. The US House of Representatives and Senate had met in a rare joint session to begin considering the certification of Electoral College results, that show Democrat Joe Biden defeated Trump.
Farmers’ tractor march today: The Haryana police has given a go-ahead to farmers’ tractor march on KMP (Kundli-Manesar-Palwal) Expressway on Thursday. Police estimate around 2,500 tractors will be on the expressway from 11 am to 4 pm when the march will take place.
