A video of the woman blocking motorists from using footpath has gone viral.
She even spreads her hands to prevent the riders from crossing her.
The two-wheelers had taken to footpath to avoid traffic congestion on the road.
Their action left no space for pedestrians to walk.
The incident took place at Guwahati’s Maligaon-Jalukbari flyover.
Taking cognisance of the incident, police appealed for public awareness.
